What is the capacity of each venue?
The Holiday Inn Spring Lake Hotel offers three versatile event spaces to accommodate a variety of gatherings. The Lakes Meeting Room can host up to 100 guests, making it ideal for smaller events and business meetings. The Grand Ballroom provides space for up to 150 guests, perfect for mid-sized celebrations and conferences. For larger events, the Waterfront Ballroom can accommodate up to 250 guests, offering a spacious setting with beautiful views. No matter the occasion, our venues provide a welcoming and flexible environment for your needs.
Can the venue accommodate outdoor ceremonies?
Yes, the Grand Lawn is the perfect setting for an outdoor ceremony. With waterfront views and plenty of space for seating, this will be an unforgettable location for your special day!
Are there vendor restrictions?
While the Holiday Inn exclusively provides all catering, we are happy to work with your other vendors for flowers, cake, linens, etc. Please reach out to our consultants for more information!

The Waterfront Holiday Inn is all in one venue where all guests can stay and focus on celebrating your big day without the hassle or worry of transportation following the wedding. We offer wedding block rates and provide you with a code for each guest to conveniently make their reservations.

Are there any décor restrictions or guidelines we need to follow?
We allow candles, we just do not allow open flame. To guarantee the integrity of the beautiful ballroom we can allow items to hung or taped to the chandeliers or walls.
Are there any restrictions on photography or videography?
Absolutely not!
Can we have live music or a DJ, and are there any sound system limitations?
To respect the peace and quiet of other guests staying on property we usually have the DJ end time be 11:00PM
Can we hold a rehearsal dinner or post-wedding brunch at the venue?
Absolutely, ask us about our Mimosa and Bloody Mary bars!
